We are looking for Senior Unity Developer to join our experienced team and take a key role in developing and evolving our core products.
What are you working on?

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Develop and maintain mobile games (puzzle/sorting/word genres).
Design and maintain scalable game architecture and core systems.
Integrate and support third-party SDKs (analytics, ads, attribution, etc.).
Integrate and maintain advertising networks.
Optimize performance, memory usage, and build size for mobile platforms.
Collaborate closely with the production team and produсers.
Improve development workflows and productivity using modern tools and approaches, including AI-powered tools.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Must-have:
At least 5 years of professional experience with Unity.
Expert knowledge of Unity engine components.
Expert knowledge of C# programming language.
Strong experience in game optimization techniques.
Experience in building and maintaining robust, scalable game systems and architectures.
Experience in writing and optimizing HLSL shaders for mobile platforms.
Experience in creating rich user interfaces using Unity GUI / UI system.
Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
Proven track record of shipped mobile projects.
Knowledge of Russian language is a must.
Knowledge of English language - intermediate or higher.
Good-to-have:
Experience in developing native components for Android and iOS.
Knowledge of client-server communication principles and protocols.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build systems.
Experience working with live games and A/B testing frameworks.
