UI/UX Designer

Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game dev, is looking for an experienced UI/UX specialist for our client who produces engaging high-end casual mobile games. Founded by Peak Games veterans the company has a competitive team of professionals experienced in casual mobile games. Recently they have secured a $6 million investment for a new merge game.

The company has been working with a core team for more than ten years and is getting ready to find new members who will fit into the studio’s culture and working models.

• Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Collaborate with the game development team to create and implement UI/UX designs for mobile games.

• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience

• Design and prototype user interfaces using industry-standard tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Work with game designers and developers to implement designs in a timely and efficient manner.

• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analytics.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile games or other digital products

• Strong design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centred design principles

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience with prototyping and user testing

• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in mobile game design and development
